♪♪♪ I had the honor of singing with Marie MacLacklin, while her then 4-month old daughter, Grace Marie, was in the studio (best toothless smile I have ever seen). Recently at rehearsal, I realized that the character in this song casts a spell in the third and fourth verses on his former love interest. I wrote this in Ocean City, NJ in a crowded hotel room while performing on the club circuit as a solo act. We also dedicated this song in the memory of Farrah Palmer. Please note that he word “Love” appears 34 times in this song – TAKE THAT TED R.!
