About The Song…
♪ Sometimes you can stay on the merry-go-round way too long. Jim Walsh with the influence of some type of beer, said “sing this hoarsely”, so I did – heck, he bought the beer and the doughnuts! We met Connie at one of our shows at the New Valley Tavern, Plymouth Meeting, PA. Thank you to Brenda McAvoy (no relation) for introducing us to Connie. We love her singing on this.

Lyrics

Well, I'm lying here
While you're lying there
And, somehow,
It doesn't seem fair

But, now I stare
And, I wonder if you care
Yes, I wonder, I wonder
Are we getting anywhere?

[REPEAT VERSE AND REFRAIN ABOVE]

No, No, No, No, No, It isn’t fair
I wonder - Are we getting anywhere?

[SOLO]
